UCI Health in California is seeking a Senior Manager to supervise the development, upgrade, and support of enterprise business systems, with a primary focus on Oracle E‑Business Suite and Oracle Cloud ERP, including HCM. The incumbent supervises the development, upgrade, enhancement, and support of enterprise business systems, with a primary focus on Oracle applications (e.g., Oracle E‑Business Suite, Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and related modules) but also expanding to coordination with other key business systems (Strata, Premier, EDW and more). Independently manages large modules or functional areas of the enterprise business application environment. Optimizes our suite of applications based on technical and business needs. Facilitates strategic decisions and operational work efforts that impact financial, supply chain, HR, and administrative processes. Participates in the analysis, design, and integration of Oracle systems with other enterprise applications. Supervises an assigned group of Business Application Analysts.
