Qualifications

• 1 year application, implementation and support experience
• 5 years progressive experience in Information Services or healthcare or combined IS/healthcare experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred in CS or healthcare or related field
• Comprehensive test plan development

Responsibilities

• Supports the business in identifying optimal technical solutions and ensures seamless integration with other systems.
• Prepares work plans to support analysis, testing of upgrades, modifications and enhancements.
• Vendor management to meet service levels and facilitate small projects.
• Facilitates meetings or presentations for small groups and provides project coordination.
• Configures, implements, and maintains technical requirements across development, staging, and production environments.
• Evaluates workflows, assesses feasibility of requests, and resolves operational issues.
• Develops clear specifications and documentation, plans and executes test scenarios.
• Assists in estimating resources and manages timely task completion.
