Job summary

Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg, MO, seeks a Clinical Application Analyst to bridge IT and clinical operations, align system design with workflows, and support deployment, testing, and reporting across inpatient and outpatient services.

You will perform data collection, analysis, create documentation, develop test scripts, and provide on-site go-live support, disaster recovery participation, and ongoing end-user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
• Experience with healthcare information systems and reporting tools preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Create project and operational support documentation.
• Maintain database information for facility/department personnel.
• Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.
• Assist department staff with project-related work.
• Review, analyze and evaluate user needs and recommend changes to processes.
• Follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide knowledge of product features and system functionality.
• Design, develop, test, and train modifications to software applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in meetings.
• Monitor system performance and resolve complex issues.
• Develop and maintain test scripts for workflow solutions.
• Review changes and new releases; participate in disaster recovery initiatives.
• Support training teams and provide on-site go-live assistance.
• Provide 24/7 support when scheduled.
