(CAS) is a clinical education role focused on internal and external clinical and educational support. This position also supports broader company revenue growth through customer support and education. The CAS will be responsible for providing training and education to new and existing Sentec users, working closely with sales and marketing teams to support training and development. Responsibilities include on-site and virtual education, CE and non-CE presentations, and in-person state and national society presentations.
Key Tasks
- Act as the subject matter expert for our products in key market segments to support revenue growth.
- Coordinate and deliver comprehensive onsite and virtual customer training and education, including curriculum and programs.
- Develop a common understanding of the technology among care providers and articulate its clinical and economic value.
- Participate in product evaluations and installations.
- Assess needs and provide comprehensive education and hands-on training, including maintenance and troubleshooting, for clinical teams.
- Ensure education and training to optimize bedside use of technology in new and existing accounts.
- This is a remote position (home-based in the Greater St. Louis area, Chicago, IL, Detroit, MI, or Columbus, OH) with travel (60%+) and flexible hours.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or equivalent experience.
- Current RRT license required.
- Experience training healthcare professionals preferred.
- Experience in Medical Device Industry as a Clinical Specialist highly preferred.
- Knowledge and usage of Sentec products preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn new product enhancements and training materials.
- Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and obtain required vaccinations for credentialing.
