Based out of the New England area, the Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) is a clinical education role focused on internal and external clinical and educational support. This role also supports broader company revenue growth goals via customer support and education. The CAS will be responsible for providing training and education to new and existing Sentec users and will work closely with the field sales and marketing teams to support new hire and ongoing sales training and development. Responsibilities include on-site and virtual education, training, CE and non-CE presentations, and in-person state and potential national society presentations.

Key Tasks

• Act as the subject matter expert for our products in key market segments to support revenue growth
• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver comprehensive onsite and virtual customer training and education, including curriculum, processes, tools, and programs
• Develop a shared understanding of the technology across care providers and articulate the clinical and economic value proposition
• Participate in product evaluations and installations
• Assess needs and provide comprehensive education and hands-on training on our products, including maintenance and troubleshooting for all clinical team members
• Provide education and training to ensure optimal bedside use of the technology in new and existing accounts
• This is a remote position (home-based in the Northeast) with the ability to travel overnight (60%+) and work flexible hours

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or equivalent education/experience
• Current RRT license required
• Experience training/educating healthcare professionals preferred
• Experience in the Medical Device Industry as a Clinical Specialist highly preferred
• Existing knowledge and usage of Sentec products preferred
• Ability to quickly understand new product enhancements and training materials
• Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and obtain any required vaccinations for credentialing
