Job description

Job Title: Clinical Application Specialist - IGT-Ahmedabad

Job Description:

The Application Specialist is responsible for post-sales application training at new and existing IGT sites. They handle pre-sales demos of IGT products and support clinical activities in their region. Developing and maintaining relationships with all key IGT users is also part of their role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide post- and pre-sales application training for new and existing sites.
  2. Ensure successful handover of systems to users and improve customer satisfaction.
  3. Support clinical applications for users until they are confident to handle the system independently.
  4. Develop good relations with users and clinicians.
  5. Develop new sites as demo/reference sites.
  6. Provide application support during regional and national conferences and workshops.
  7. Support clinical activities, user meetings, and technicians’ CME for knowledge transfer.
  8. Gather information about own products and competitors’ products.
  9. Conduct internal sales training on key application tools.
  10. Create case studies, clinical newsletters, and testimonials.
  11. Develop and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  12. Provide post-installation user training.

Educational Qualification:

  • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Cardiology and Imaging Sciences.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in Cath lab.
  • Understanding of clinical anatomy, physiology, procedures, and workflow of medical systems and devices.

Behavioral Competencies:

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Quick learner.

Work Environment:

We believe in working better together. Office-based teams work in-person at least 3 days a week. Onsite roles require full-time presence at company facilities. Field roles are primarily outside of main facilities, often at customer or supplier locations.
