Job summary
Cardinal Health is seeking a Clinical Operations & Analytics Consultant to design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports. You will collaborate with Clinical Operations, Product Management, and IT to automate analytics, improve data quality, and deliver customer-facing insights.
The role emphasizes data analysis, KPI development, and automation across Power BI, Tableau, and SQL environments with up to 10% travel and remote work options.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, supply chain or clinical ops is preferred.
- Experience supporting technical projects and cross-functional initiatives is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs.
- Design and automate recurring business reports to improve accuracy.
- Develop and support Power BI, Tableau, and other BI platforms.
- Create executive and customer-facing performance reporting.
- Analyze operations data to identify trends and risks.
- Support predictive and advanced analytics capabilities.
- Collaborate with IT, vendors, and customers on data integrations.
- Travel up to 10%.
