Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, Pharmacy, or related field preferred.
• Pharmacy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Automate recurring business reports to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Support Power BI, Tableau, and other BI platforms.
• Provide executive and customer-facing performance reporting.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
