This is a full-time Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Position. The Clinical Analyst Position is an in person, on-site role.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Analyst assists and supports the information systems at Newman Regional Health. You place special emphasis on clinical applications in the inpatient/outpatient as well as non clinical areas. Knowledge of the revenue cycle and support operations within healthcare is necessary to develop efficient and effective workflows. The Clinical Analyst will communicate regularly internal technical operations and help desk as a member of a larger team to serve the organization.

Skills/Requirements:
  • Degree in Nursing (RN or LPN) required with a current Nursing license
  • Experience of 1-2 years required
  • Accept responsibility and have the ability to make decisions or take actions to solve a problem
  • Possess technical aptitude and perform work accurately and thoroughly
  • Organize and direct a project to completion
  • Be adaptable to change and have the ability to look beyond the standard solutions
