Responsibilities

• Process referrals, prior authorizations, and insurance approvals as directed by providers.
• Manage medical records tasks, including scanning documents, processing downloads, distributing incoming records, and maintaining accurate patient charts.
• Coordinate Medicaid travel arrangements and provide backup support for medical records and Medicaid travel staff.
• Support continuity of care by following up with patients regarding treatment plans and provider instructions.
• Assist with clinic flow as needed, including rooming patients, cleaning rooms between visits, and performing other assigned duties.
