Riverwood Center in Michigan seeks a dedicated clerical support specialist to assist the ACT Team with scheduling, documentation, and community outreach. You will handle communications, prepare reports, and support consumers and staff across seven sites in Berrien County.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with adults or children with mental illness or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation for community outings.
• Punctual, organized, and able to work with a team and independently.
• Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides clerical support to the ACT Team.
• Coordinates schedules, answers phone and schedules appointments.
• Develops, edits, and creates documents using mail merge, spreadsheets, and database programs.
• Maintains, processes, and distributes all team-specific reports.
• Assists consumers/staff in the community.
