Job summary

Catholic Charities of Baltimore Villa Maria Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking a Clinical Administrative Assistant to provide a welcoming atmosphere and professional administrative support to clinic staff, vendors, visitors, and clients. The pay rate is $20.60 per hour and the work week runs Monday–Thursday 8 AM–6 PM and Friday 8 AM–4 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years’ experience with clerical or office work

Responsibilities

• Provides general administrative/clerical assistance, including but not limited to answering telephones, providing assistance to the caller when appropriate, transferring calls, and/or taking messages.
• Maintains the schedule for the site psychiatry team to ensure the prescriber’s time is appropriately utilized.
• Receives telephone, in house, and faxed client referrals for the clinic.
• Prepares and answers requests from various internal and external individuals/agencies for information or records
• Perform other duties as assigned.
