Clinical Account Manager - LA PDL Remote

Job Description

Responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships and leading account teams within assigned accounts. Focuses on delivering value through pharmaceutical care and cost solutions that meet customer outcomes; manages general account operations including P&L and contract compliance. Develops and executes strategic plans in collaboration with sales and operations.

Responsibilities
  • Performs customer-centric pharmacy services.
  • Ensures overall account satisfaction.
  • Builds strong relationships with pharmacy or designated contacts.
  • Directs operations to resolve customer service issues and meet performance guarantees.
  • Maintains knowledge of contract details and ensures ongoing performance and compliance.
  • Develops strategic business plans to retain profitable relationships.
  • Provides timely and consistent customer and account services.
  • Demonstrates pharmacy solutions value and identifies new service opportunities.
  • Supports clinical operations and client-specific programs.
  • Manages financial aspects, including revenue, costs, and EBITDA targets.
  • Seeks opportunities for pharmacy product and service expansion.
  • Supports sales in renewal activities.
  • Identifies and retains high-performing team members.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's in Pharmacy
  • Minimum 2 years of management leadership
  • Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Additional Qualifications
  • 3-5 years in clinical operations, quality, network, pharmacy, or project management, or a pharmacy residency.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and financial analysis skills.
  • Project management experience; knowledge of health plans preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree
  • PharmD and State Licensure
Physical Demands
  • Ability to remain stationary for 50%, operate a computer, communicate effectively, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Potential pay ranges from $108,000 to $184,000, based on experience. Benefits details available on our website.
