Ceribell, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Account Manager to drive hospital adoption and grow the install base across Cleveland, OH and neighboring markets. This role requires 60% travel, three days per week, covering Cleveland, OH through Erie, PA to Buffalo, NY.

You will educate physicians and staff on Ceribell’s EEG solution, partnering with field teams to expand product usage. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of critical care sales or 5+ years in medical device/pharma sales, strong

Competenze

• 3–5 years of recent critical care sales experience OR 5 years of medical device or pharma sales experience OR RN’s with industry experience in supporting sales teams.
• Excellent Communicator, Relationship Builder, Creative & Effective Problem Solver, highly organized and ability to prioritize strategically.
• Ability to accurately assess and understand different stakeholders needs/wants. Process cross functional agendas and adjust strategy to achieve desired outcomes.
• Driven, coachable, and able to thrive in a startup environment with disruptive technology.

Mansioni

• Drive new and organic growth by expanding Ceribell usage at existing sites and launching at new customer sites.
• Educate physicians and hospital staff on Ceribell’s clinical use cases; troubleshoot workflow solutions as needed.
• Lead clinical training sessions and develop protocols with clinicians.
• Submit reports and training documentation on time and manage admin tasks in Salesforce.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful deployment at customer locations.
