Job summary

Kutamani Developmental Services, LLC (KDS) seeks a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in Pennsylvania to provide clinical leadership, supervise BHTs and RBTs, and collaborate with families. The LBS will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure high-quality ABA services for children on the spectrum.

Under PA licensure and BACB guidelines, this role requires strong clinical judgment, supervision skills, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• PA LBS licensure in good standing is required.
• Master’s degree or higher in relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with FBAs and treatment plans for children/adolescents under 21.
• Experience with standardized assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS) and translating findings into treatment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and reassessments to establish baselines and targets.
• Perform FBAs and develop evidence-based BIPs.
• Create individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Lead treatment planning sessions and review client progress with data.
• Monitor plan implementation and adjust as needed.
• Maintain clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Provide ABA services per BACB guidelines and IBHS policies.
