Qualifications

• Master's degree required in ABA or related field.

• NYS Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) licensure or limited permit required.

Responsabilités

• Implements Applied Behavior Analytic services across outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Delivers inpatient ABA services, including consultation and direct services.
• Trains URMC and community staff and caregivers on interventions.
• Ensures compliance with BACB Ethical Code and NYS requirements.
• Coordinates with Primary Care Physicians to ensure continuity of care.
• Develops, maintains and updates behavior/training plans in accordance with regulations.
• Establishes cooperative relationships with community and health care agencies.
