Job summary

Thisiscny in Syracuse, NY seeks a Licensed Behavior Analyst to support the Biobehavioral Health Unit's mission. You will manage inpatient and outpatient cases for children with behavior disorders and related needs, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to treatment planning and data documentation.

Your role involves presenting progress, training staff, and ensuring confidentiality and compliance while delivering high-quality behavioral health services within BBHU.

Qualifications

• NY state licensed Behavior Analyst and a Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, special education or allied discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in applied behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient case management for children with behavior disorders and/or feeding dysfunction.
• Develop and implement treatment plans; conduct progress meetings and data documentation.
• Train staff and ensure patient confidentiality and proper billing within BBHU.
