Job summary

Sunrise Community Health Center in Evans, CO is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Regular Full Time position at Monfort Family Clinic. The RN will provide general medical care under the direction of medical providers and may float between clinics as needed.

The role offers a competitive hourly salary of $32.20–$42.61 depending on experience and position level, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated). Benefits include medical insurance, 401K, tuition reimbursement, PTO and loan forgiveness

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN required.
• Colorado RN license in good standing.
• 2–4 years of related experience or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide general medical care under supervision of providers.
• Float between clinics as needed to support coverage.
• Conduct medication reconciliation and preventive care activities.
• Monitor patient status and document vital signs and care plans.
• Assist with triage and coordination of care among healthcare team.
