Bloomwell ABA in Bloomington, MN, is seeking a Clinic Success Manager to lead non-clinical operations, ensuring a productive and positive clinic environment. This role sits as second-in-command to the Clinical Director and collaborates with leadership to drive overall clinic success.

The ideal candidate brings a 4-year degree, 2+ years healthcare experience (ABA preferred), and strong people leadership to support patients, families, and teammates. Availability for community events is required.

Qualifications

• A 4-year degree from an accredited university is required.
• At least 2+ years of experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
• Experience in the ABA industry is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail is essential.
• Impeccable interpersonal skills for interactions with families and teammates.
• At least 1 year of experience managing a large team of hourly employees.

Responsabilités

• Schedule new patient assessments and family tours.
• Handle onboarding and scheduling for new patients.
• Monitor patient and teammate attendance.
• Ensure timely session note conversions.
• Lead the clinic's morale committee and organize team events.
• Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding of staff.
