Qualifications

• Minimum age 21.
• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year’s experience in an office/clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and order of the clinic facility.
• Provide front desk coverage and assist receptionist as needed.
• Control crowd flow and direct patients while maintaining a respectful environment.
• Report incidents to Operations Director or Clinic Director.
• Perform security checks and remain vigilant throughout shift.
