Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• Experience: 1 year in a medical practice preferred.
• Computer: MS Word/Excel; familiarity with large practice operations and medical terminology.
• License/Cert: Notary preferred.
• Skills: clear communication and touch typing.

Responsibilities

• Liaison to Practice Administration and scheduling staff for provider scheduling issues.
• Balance practice schedule factoring provider availability, suite loading, and staff.
• Prepare clinic schedules, including patient outreach and data support.
• Support operational efforts to improve performance and new initiatives.
