Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Clinic Sales Manager in Portland, ME to lead sales efforts and deliver outstanding client experiences. You will manage the full sales cycle, drive revenue, and coach a small team to perform at peak levels.

With a base salary of $55,000 plus uncapped 3% commission, you’ll leverage your consultative selling skills to capitalize on opportunities, while maintaining exceptional customer service and integrity in all client interactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commission-driven environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading teams.
• Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations.
• Ability to mentor and manage a team of two to five employees to peak performance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using various computer systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Execute established sales processes to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle - consulting, closing, and customer retention.
• Continuously analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Deliver engaging product consultations to convert leads to clients, while educating clients on laser hair removal.
• Promote treatment packages through persuasive sales techniques and value propositions.
• Proactively seek client reviews and referrals.
• Utilize financing options to ensure sales excellence.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve sales goals and foster a positive work environment.
• Foster strong customer relationships by delivering world-class customer service.
• Assist clients with questions or concerns about treatments.
• Discretion with confidential information is a must.
• Utilize various computer systems and software to manage day-to-day operations, scheduling and tracking sales performance.
