Impress is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead a high-performing orthodontic clinic in Seattle. You will partner with doctors to convert consultations into active treatments, articulate our technology, and deliver an exceptional in-clinic experience.

You will manage a diverse team, drive KPIs, recruit/train staff, and ensure compliant operations while maintaining premium patient service and brand standards. This role suits a proactive leader with dental or medical clinic experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum leadership experience in a dental/medical clinic setting.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive conversions.
• Strong operational and people-management capabilities.
• Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets and budgeting data.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and drive performance of clinicians and sales staff.
• Monitor and optimize daily/weekly targets and patient conversion rates.
• Build strong patient relationships and manage escalations for high NPS.
• Oversee recruitment, training, scheduling, and team development.
• Ensure adherence to sales protocols and hygiene standards.
• Participate in marketing activities to boost clinic visibility.
