Job summary

Impress is seeking a Sales Associate to close consultations into orthodontic treatments. You will partner with doctors to articulate our technology, present goals, and convert prospects into active patients on site in Seattle.

You'll deliver an exceptional in-clinic experience, assist in medical procedures, and support the team with high-energy collaboration. 3–5 years in sales required, with 2+ years quota experience, willingness to travel between clinics.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years total working experience, with 2+ years focused on sales quotas and conversion.
• Willing to work onsite daily, and manage a flexible schedule (nights, holidays, weekends).
• Must live in the market; travel between clinics as needed.
• Excellent communicator across channels with empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Achieve strong in-clinic conversion and support sales targets.
• Provide clinical support and assist in procedures as required.
• Assist doctors during clinical visits and treatment planning.
• Communicate treatment goals clearly to patients and handle post-visit follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with other clinic staff.
• Ensure smooth hand-offs to the treatment planning team and keep equipment in good condition.
