Qualifications

• 2 years of clinical experience within Smile Doctors or affiliated clinic for internal candidates.
• 2 years of supervisory experience required; dental experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations and support from the Doctor.
• Achieve profit and loss goals.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state regulations.
