Qualifications

• 2+ years in a consultative sales environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and leading teams.

• Mentor and manage a small team (2–5 employees).
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to use various software.

Responsibilities

• Execute established sales processes to meet revenue targets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from consult to close and retention.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities.
• Deliver engaging consultations to convert leads to clients.
• Promote treatment packages and leverage financing options.
• Coach team members to achieve goals and foster a positive environment.
