Job summary

Lake Region Healthcare in Fergus Falls, MN seeks dedicated registered nurse and licensed practical nurse candidates to provide nursing care using the nursing process. Responsibilities include supervising care, collaborating with staff, and communicating effectively with patients and families.

Compensation includes RN and LPN pay ranges with BSN premium; health benefits are provided; 72 hours biweekly and day shifts Mon–Fri are typical. Final compensation based on experience and internal equity.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Minnesota LPN or RN Licensure.
• Healthcare Provider CPR certification (upon hire or within six months).
• Proficient verbal and written communication; able to work in nursing scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process; prescribe, delegate and coordinate care.
• Supervise patient care and secure cooperation from others; problem-solve and exercise initiative.
• Communicate with patients, families, visitors, staff, and physicians; maintain professional standards.
