Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform within the nursing scope of practice.
• Current Healthcare Provider-level CPR certification upon hire or within six months.
• Pre-employment health screening completed.
• Reliable attendance and ability to travel to other clinic sites.
• Current Minnesota LPN Licensure or Minnesota RN Licensure.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.

• Float to departments within Fergus Falls Clinic and other LRHC locations as needed.
• Provide proficient, compassionate, patient-centered care as delegated by Provider or RN.
• Document thoroughly and maintain timely records per policy.
• Collaborate with providers, colleagues, and community partners to ensure safe, comprehensive care.
