Job summary

Lake Region Healthcare Corporation in Fergus Falls, MN seeks Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses to join our Enterprise Float pool. You will float to multiple clinic sites across the enterprise to cover call-ins and PTO, working with providers who need support.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate patient care, and flexible coverage across clinics. Candidates must be licensed as LPN or RN in Minnesota, with CPR certification, and be able to travel between Fergus Falls,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Minnesota LPN Licensure and CPR Certification for LPNs.
• Current Minnesota RN Licensure and CPR Certification for RNs.

Responsibilities

• Float to departments within the Fergus Falls Clinic and other LRHC locations as needed.
• Provide patient‑centered care and assist providers within the nursing scope.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with care teams for safe, comprehensive care.
