Job summary

Prevea Health is seeking a Back Registered Nurse (RN) for Cochlear Implant services in Green Bay, WI. The role is full-time, consisting of 32 hours per week with Mondays off, and involves delivering comprehensive nursing care in a multi-specialty clinic setting.

The RN will perform assessments, coordinate care, administer medications and vaccines, educate patients, and maintain high-quality documentation. Licensing, certifications, and strong teamwork are required to ensure exceptional patient

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Wisconsin RN license or compact equivalent required.
• BSN preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required on hire; ACLS/PALS may be required depending on specialty.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely and accurate patient assessments across clinical situations.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care including vitals, medications, procedures, and patient comfort.
• Respond to patient questions and coordinate care with providers and staff.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR and ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinic team to optimize workflows.
• Support clinic operations with flexibility to fluctuating patient volumes.
