Job summary

Prevea Health in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Surgery team in a full-time clinic setting. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, coordinate care, and support patients across the continuum of care within a multi-specialty clinic.

This role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and APPs, accurate documentation, patient education, and adherence to Prevea's nursing standards and state regulations while delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited Nursing program is required.
• Bachelor's Degree (BSN) from an accredited Nursing program is preferred.
• Current Wisconsin RN license or compact equivalent required upon hire, with CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely and accurate patient assessments across diverse clinical situations.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care including rooming, vitals, meds, vaccines and procedures.
• Respond to patient questions and coordinate care plans and referrals.
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation in the EMR and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to support efficient workflows and patient outcomes.
• Support fluctuating patient volumes and maintain a safe, patient-centered clinic environment.
