Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited Nursing program Required
• Bachelor's Degree (BSN) from an accredited Nursing program Preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs timely and accurate patient assessments across a variety of clinical situations.
• Provides comprehensive nursing care by delivering a full range of services such as rooming patients, obtaining vitals, administering medications and vaccines, and assisting with procedures.
• Respond to patient questions, concerns, and symptom changes through phone calls, electronic messages, and direct interactions; provide education and care coordination.
• Maintain accurate and high-quality clinical documentation in the electronic medical record and adhere to privacy requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, and other team members to support coordinated workflows and efficient clinic operations.
• Adapt to fluctuating patient volumes and schedule changes to maintain a safe, patient-centered environment.
