Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an accredited Nursing program Required
• Bachelor's Degree (BSN) from an accredited Nursing program Preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform timely and accurate patient assessments and support care decisions with providers.
• Deliver full range of nursing services including rooming, vitals, meds, vaccines, and procedures.
• Respond to patient questions via phone, messages, and in-person, and coordinate care plans.
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation in the EMR and ensure privacy and safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and team members to support efficient clinic operations.
• Adapt to fluctuating patient volumes and maintain a safe, patient-centered environment.
