Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• BSN degree preferred but not required.
• Current Wisconsin RN license or compact equivalent required at hire.
• CPR/BLS certification required at hire; ACLS/PALS may be required depending on specialty.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely and accurate patient assessments across clinical situations.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care including vitals, medications, vaccines, and procedures.
• Coordinate care, communicate results, and arrange referrals and follow-ups.
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation in the EMR per policies.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to support efficient operations.
• Support clinic operations amid fluctuating patient volumes and schedules.
