Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• 1+ medical office experience (preferred)
• RN license and BLS are required by admission standards

Responsibilities

• Assesses patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs; develops and implements care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Performs therapeutic and diagnostic interventions (IVs, wound care, medications, catheterization, specimen collection).
• Provides patient and family education; engages in teaching and self-management support.
• Coordinates group visits for high-risk patients; aids care transition and medication reconciliation.
• Participates in patient experience initiatives and continuous process improvement.
