Job summary

Dignity Health - Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center is seeking an Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care as a key member of the care team. Qualifications

• Graduate of a Registered Nursing program.

• Basic Life Support - CPR

Responsibilities

• Provides effective, comprehensive evidence based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes. Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities balancing patient comfort.
• ASSESSMENT: Completes patient assessments competently and identifies needs (physical, emotional, psychosocial, cultural).
• PLANNING: Develops an individualized plan of care with patient/family and coordinates with other disciplines.
• IMPLEMENTATION: Delivers interventions per plan, uses equipment safely and follows policies.
• EVALUATION: Reassesses outcomes and updates the plan as needed.
• Demonstrates ability to recognize and respond to changes in patient condition promptly.
