Job summary

Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center is seeking a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our patient care team. You will provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care, conduct comprehensive screenings, and coordinate care for diverse patient populations using technology to streamline workflows.

The ideal candidate will possess a CA RN license with BLS/CPR certification and, ideally, a BSN. Strong communication and patient advocacy are essential as you guide patients and families

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Registered Nursing program.
• Registered Nurse: CA license required.
• Basic Life Support - CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides evidence-based nursing care to achieve health outcomes.
• Performs patient assessments and identifies needs.
• Develops and coordinates individualized care plans with the care team.
• Implements interventions per plan of care and uses appropriate equipment.
• Reassesses and updates the care plan based on patient response.
• Advocates for patients and adapts care to changes in condition.
