• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to promote optimal health outcomes.
• Assess patient needs, develop and update individualized care plans.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans.
• Utilize clinical skills and equipment safely, following policies and protocols.
• Reassess patients after interventions and adjust as needed.
