Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in New Whiteland, IN. Earn $20-27 per hour for in-home and in-school ABA services across Indiana. Flexible schedules and ongoing training support are offered to help you grow within a compassionate team.

You'll work with children one-on-one to implement ABA therapy plans, collect data, and help develop essential skills in home, school, and community settings. A current RBT, BACB registration, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualificações

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Active BACB registration
• Experience with children is a plus

Responsabilidades

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout Indiana
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Active registration with the BACB

High School Diploma or GED

Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working with children preferred

ABA experience preferred but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35-40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10-20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
