Total Care ABA in Columbus, IN is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings to deliver ABA therapy. The role requires current RBT certification and BACB registration, a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, strong communication, and a passion for helping children reach their potential.

Full-time and part-time schedules with flexible shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Active registration with the BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in person throughout Indiana.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement.

What You'll Do

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
