Job summary

Colonial Management Group, LP is seeking a clinic director to provide management and leadership direction to the clinic on a day-to-day basis, coordinating with the Medical Director, Regional Director, clinic staff, and corporate staff to ensure patient well-being and safety.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, budget oversight, staff supervision, accreditation readiness, and comprehensive reporting across intake, documentation, and patient care processes.

Qualifications

• Education/Licensure/Certification needed per individual state requirements
• Required Knowledge: Methadone, counseling practices, Federal Confidentiality Law, HIPAA; basic computer literacy
• Experience Required: Minimum of four (4) years in substance abuse, psychology, sociology, counseling, or related field; multi-unit healthcare preferred
• Skill and Ability: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, multitask and prioritize workload
• Job Or State Requirements: Minimal of 1 year leadership/management experience; Budget experience; Bachelor's Degree Preferred; MAT experience Preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal, and Colonial Management Group, LP rules, regulations, and policies
• To ensure the clinic operates within all operating budgets, including payroll, supplies, and overtime
• Actively recruits all clinic staff, including contract labor
• Responsible for accurate daily accounting of all cash transactions and medication inventory
• Manage administrative and clinical supervision for all staff
• Monitor clinic staff and contract labor in the performance of their duties
• Keep leaders informed of regulatory issues; make timely recommendations
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with authorities as necessary
• Provide quarterly quality assurance reviews
• Achieve accreditation awards through daily conformance with standards
• Prepare and submit reports as requested (annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly, daily)
• Ensure all intake, admission, discharge, and aftercare paperwork is completed
