Job summary

Mercy Health—Oregon Clinic is seeking a Practice Supervisor to oversee daily clinic operations, manage staff, develop workflows, and support revenue integrity and patient satisfaction goals.

The role partners with the Practice Administrator to improve service delivery, drive engagement, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in a patient‑centered, faith‑based environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of healthcare experience with at least 1 year in an administrative setting
• 1 year of supervisory experience required
• BLS Basic Life Support (Preferred, required within 90 days)

Responsibilities

• Oversees the overall functioning of the practice including management of staff, workflow development, financial performance, provider and staff engagement
• Supports revenue integrity, employee engagement, customer relations and patient satisfaction outcomes
• Adheres to hospital, network and practice safety and compliance policies and procedures
• Performs patient care tasks and handles all administrative functions related to assigned areas
• Assists team members, provides patient care where skilled or certified, and supports clerical staff as needed
• Responds to internal/external customers with professional image and service orientation
• Promotes practice goals and completes assigned projects
