Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years health care experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Experience working in a clinical environment.
• Outpatient setting experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front-line non-exempt staff, including hiring, training, and performance appraisals.
• Schedule staff and allocate resources to maximize patient access and provider productivity.
• Conduct supply purchasing within budget.
• Report monthly productivity results to providers and staff.
• Ensure accurate data collection and facilitate information flow to the Central Office.
• Oversee cash management duties and patient balances to influence profitability.
• Participate in corporate committees and task forces.
• Provide financial analysis for planning and cash flow management.
• Communicate budget and variance information to staff.
• Define training needs and development opportunities for staff.
• Set priorities and accountabilities to ensure efficient use of resources.
