Mass General Brigham Medical Group Northern Massachusetts, Inc. is seeking a full-time Clinic/Practice Assistant to support our primary care team onsite at 104 Endicott Street, Danvers, MA. Typical hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
or 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional cross-coverage for other practices in the building. The role combines administrative and clinical duties, including scheduling, check-in/out, patient communications, and basic billing tasks.

We are seeking a full‑time, 40‑hour Clinic/Practice Assistant to support our practice onsite Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This role will primarily support our primary care team, with occasional collaboration and cross‑coverage for specialty practices within the building as needed. Dedicated to administrative support, our clinic/practice assistants serve as the gatekeepers of our practices and ensure that teams are delivering the highest quality experience that exceeds our patients' expectations. We are looking for well‑rounded customer service professionals who can multi‑task, prioritize, and thrive in an outpatient setting!
Performs both administrative and clinical functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations under general supervision. Performs basic clerical work and tasks that are repetitive and routine. Administrative duties related to patient visits, including scheduling, check‑in, and check‑out duties. Actual job duties may vary by Department. Perform routine administrative and clerical duties relating to a clinical service or physician practice office. Does this position require Patient Care? No
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No.
Licenses and Credentials: Certified Medical Administrative Assistant [CMAA] preferred.
Experience: Office experience 2-3 years required.
Additional Job Details (if applicable): Preferred: Customer service experience, experience working in a community-based medical practice, Epic experience preferred.

Pay Range $17.71 - $24.94/Hourly. Grade 3.
