We are located at 900 Cummings Center in Beverly, MA. As a Family Medicine office, we provide physical examinations, routine health screenings, and preventive care for patients of all ages, from infants through adults.
We are seeking a Clinic/Practice Assistant to join our team onsite, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. The ideal candidate will have direct healthcare administrative or medical office experience, along with strong customer service and organizational skills. We are looking at a start date after December 1, 2026, for this role.
Summary: Performs both administrative and clinical functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations under general supervision. Performs basic clerical work and tasks that are repetitive and routine. Administrative duties related to patient visits including scheduling, check-in, check-out duties.
