Job Summary Mass General Brigham Sports Medicine is seeking a Medical Administrative Assistant to support smooth and efficient clinical practice operations at our Beverly location. Our nationally recognized sports medicine specialists provide advanced care for the full spectrum of sports-related injuries and orthopedic conditions, serving athletes and non-athletes of all ages through innovative, research-based treatment and rehabilitation services.
Role Summary Under general supervision, the Medical Administrative Assistant performs a combination of administrative and clerical duties to support patient visits, scheduling, registration, check-in and check-out, documentation, and day-to-day office operations. This position does not require direct patient care, but plays an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient experience for patients, providers, and care teams.
Schedule and Location This is a full‑time, benefits‑eligible position based at 100 Cummings Center in Beverly, MA. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Two to three years of office experience required. Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) credential preferred. Experience may not be accepted in lieu of the required education.
