Genoa Healthcare is seeking a Pharmacy Technician – Clinic Pharmacy Liaison (Medication Access Coordinator) to work on-site within partner clinics to ensure timely access to medications and excellent patient experiences. You will coordinate with Genoa pharmacy teams and clinic care teams, supporting routing, prior authorizations, and proactive outreach to reduce delays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow processes.
• Access to reliable transportation if travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an on-site pharmacy resource within the partner clinic to support coordination.
• Build relationships with clinic staff, providers, and pharmacy teams.
• Support prescription routing and prior authorizations.
• Monitor prescription status and resolve delays.
• Recruit and enroll patients into Genoa services.
• Conduct adherence outreach and manage refills.
• Coordinate medication delivery as needed and where permitted by state regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and insurance information.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance.
