Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of lower-complexity clinics by partnering with clinic stakeholders to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and improve operational effectiveness.
• Review clinic performance data to identify trends and gaps, then deliver targeted coaching and operational guidance that drives measurable behavior and process improvements.
• Support learning and development by identifying capability gaps, reinforcing SOPs and service standards, and recommending training solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and track action plans to measure progress against performance goals, conducting follow-ups to sustain improvements and raise complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting by tracking coaching records, action plans, and improvements tied to coaching initiatives.
