Responsibilities

• Research and respond to inquiries from patients, medical facilities, billing companies, and insurance companies.
• Verify patient insurance, collect co-pays, and process payments.
• Process credit card payments and balance daily cash deposits.
• Investigate and direct patient inquiries to appropriate staff members for resolution.
• Maintain schedule utilization and conduct scheduling.
• Assist with checkout: schedule follow-up appointments and address self-pay balances.
• Enter and update insurance information and maintain PHI confidentiality.
• Support clinic operations and perform general office duties.
