Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly upon arrival or via phone and guide them through administrative steps.
• Update patient information across multiple systems with accurate data.
• Receive clinic calls and distribute information appropriately.
• Calculate and collect payments for clinic services.
• Verify patient benefits at check-in and schedule appointments.
• Assist with appointment reminders and rescheduling as needed.
• Coordinate schedule information with providers and staff.
• Maintain a professional customer service atmosphere for patients, staff, and providers.
